PLUS-Forum “Digital Kazakhstan” is focused on key issues of digitalization, interaction of government agencies, the financial and retail sectors, IT and telecom industries. The strategic intents of the event include an additional impetus to be given to the development of the economy of Kazakhstan, promotion of international cooperation and the launch of new promising projects.

Registration for the Forum

How does online registration work?

To register, you need to fill out the Registration Form on this website or simply follow the link.

Review the participant information and click “PARTICIPATE.” Then fill in all fields marked with *. Be sure to provide your Telegram username. It will serve as an alternative channel to send you the ticket if your email address does not accept messages.

Wait for the message “Thank you for your interest in our Forum. The Organizing Committee representatives will contact you shortly.”

Registration is considered successful only after you receive a confirmation email with a link to your personal electronic ticket.

The email will be sent to the address you provided in the Registration Form.

Why didn't I receive a registration response?

All registrations are reviewed individually. Due to the large number of applications and the limitation on the number of event participants, processing may take some time. The Organizing Committee may decline your registration without providing reasons, but you will definitely be notified of this in advance by email. When registering, please provide a corporate email. For prompt communication regarding registration issues, you can write to plusforum@plus-alliance.com

Payment for participation

Possible payment methods:

  • Cashless transfer, payment by offer-invoice (your company details are required to issue the invoice);
  • Online payment by bank card.

After your application is reviewed, a member of the Organizing Committee will contact you to clarify the details of your preferred payment method.

How to ask a speaker a question?

  1. Open the Mobile application;
  2. Go to the “Program” tab;
  3. Select the required session;
  4. Click the “?” button;

Select the presentation you want to ask a question about.

  • Find the participant’s profile;

What happens upon arrival at the Forum?

Registration procedure upon arrival at the venue:

To receive your Forum participant badge at the registration desk, you must present:

  • An entrance ticket (printed or saved on a gadget) with a unique ID, or simply look into the video camera at the registration desk (the facial recognition system by VisionLabs is in operation);
  • Your business card. After the registration procedure, you will be given a personal badge and Forum information materials.

Coffee breaks are available to VIP ticket holders.

Please check your ticket type when you receive it by email.

VIP ticket holders receive a special bracelet at the registration desk, which serves as a pass to the restaurant where the coffee breaks will take place.

Entrance to the evening reception is only with a special invitation from the Organizing Committee.

The number of invitations to the reception is strictly limited and is allocated at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.

Standard ticket holders (catering not included) can use the hotel’s restaurant or lobby bar, paying on-site.

Access to Speaker presentations
Speaker presentations, authorized for distribution, will be available to delegates who have completed the Delegate Questionnaire in the PLUS-Forum mobile application. Links to the available presentations and photos will be sent to the delegate’s email provided in the Questionnaire.

Photo and video materials
Photos from the event, as well as the final video about the PLUS-Forum, will be posted on the event website within two weeks after the PLUS-Forum ends.
